Kaylee Donner (Kaye), is a Marriage and Family Therapy Intern. She is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in marriage and Family Therapy through Capella University. She has over a decade of experience working in the mental health field- and over five years as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. She is highly skilled, compassionate and knowledgeable in the mental health field.

She believes in the power of connection, and the importance of creating a warm, collaborative space for clients to feel seen, heard and supported. Her empathetic and strength-based approach in therapy assists individuals and families explore their experiences and build self-efficacy and resilience to move toward meaningful, lasting change at their own pace, and on their own terms.

She is excited to work more with children, adolescents and adults individually, and to provide couple and family therapy via telehealth and in-person options.

She is a wonderful addition to the Sunrise Team!
